Darkest Legal Tint in NSW

The darkest legal window film for front door glasses is 35% in New South Wales. However, you can go darker (20% VLT) in the car's rear section.

Darker film for the rear section of the car is great for extra privacy but all tint offers high heat rejection, glare rejection and a level of privacy compared to clear windows.

SurfWagon offers three levels of tint for all budgets and needs – Dyed film, Carbon and Ceramic.
 

DYED FILM

If you are tinting your car mainly to enhance appearance and privacy, then dyed film is your great budget option. Dyed film blocks 99% of UV and up to 40% of heat. It may slowly fade over time but this will depend on the amount of sun exposure your tint is getting. It still carries a lifetime warranty and won't mess with your radio or phone signals.
 

CARBON FILM

Carbon film is the perfect everyday film that gets the job done. Good heat rejection of up to 55%, UV block of 99.7% and good privacy all round. Carbon film won't fade and comes with a lifetime warranty and won't mess with your radio or phone signals. It's the go to for anyone who wants peace of mind at a fair price.
 

CERAMIC FILM

If you are looking for maximum heat rejection and protection, then ceramic is your choice. Blocking 99.7% of UVA and UVB as well as offering up to 75% heat stop. This is the high protection option. Still a good price for what you get, ceramic is the top-of-the-line film offering it all. Ceramic films are signal-friendly and offer higher heat rejection, optical clarity, interior protection, and longevity. Ceramic film comes with a lifetime warranty and are more durable than the other options.
